Online course on Legislative Decree 24/2023 and the ANAC guidelines
WHISTLEBLOWING: REPORTING ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
Updated with the ANAC guidelines for the private sector.
This course is available in Italian, English, French, Spanish and German.
By taking part in the online training course on whistleblowing, you will have the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of reporting unlawful conduct within organisations. During the two-hour training session, topics such as current legislation, the rights and duties of whistleblowers, reporting procedures and the potential consequences that may arise from whistleblowing will be covered.
From 2023, private companies with between 50 and 249 employees must also comply with the new whistleblowing regulations (for companies with more than 250 employees, this obligation was already in force). This update was introduced by Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023, which aims to protect those who report irregular behaviour in the workplace. This is a significant change for private-sector companies, which must now have an internal digital channel within the organisation to collect reports of wrongdoing.
This course is aimed at employees, managers and those responsible for human resources and compliance within organisations, but is recommended for anyone wishing to gain a deeper understanding of whistleblowing and acquire useful skills to promote an ethical and transparent culture within the company.
